A super lineup there! I never knew Jean Knight did 'My Toot toot', the only version I know is Denise Lasalles (though I knew hers wasnt the original.) Did Allen Toussaint sing 'southern nights'?

Yes, Allen did do Southern Nights. His set was doubled in length as Dave Barthololew wasn't able to attend as planned and he did loads of numbers - all of them excellent. Jean Knight had the hit version of Toot Toot in the States and Denise LaSalle had a hit in the UK, but the original version was by Rocking Sidney, a Cajun singer.
