Original soul LPs part 2

I'm continuing with photos of soul LPs in my collection, many of which (but not all) were recorded in or associated with Memphis and Muscle Shoals. I must pay tribute to two eminent musicians connected with the great records to come out of that area. Roger Hawkins, who has died aged 75, was a member of the Swampers and the drummer on countless great records by the lines of Percy Sledge, Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, the Staple Singers, Clarence Carter and Etta James. Pervis Staples, who has died aged 85, was the tenor voice in the Staple Singers alongside Pops Staples and sisters Mavis, Cleotha and Yvonne. Gospel records for Veejay such as 'Will The Circle Be Unbroken' and 'Uncloudy Day' were followed up by some wonderful records for Stax in Memphis, including 'I'll Take You There', 'Respect Yourself', 'Heavy Makes You Happy' and 'If You're Ready (Come With Me)'. The first batch of photos includes LPs by Clarence Carter, with one later LP by James Carr.
Next up we have a selection of LPs by Otis Clay, Arthur Conley and Don Covay.
The third batch of LPs features records by Steve Cropper, Steve with Albert King and Pops Staples, Bettye Crutcher, Delaney and Bonnie (recorded at Stax), the Dramatics, the Emotions and Eddie Floyd.
The fourth selection has LPs by the Emotions, the Drifters ( who have no connection with Memphis but for some reason are filed in my Southern soul section) and three by Aretha Franklin.
Final batch this time is exclusively by Aretha.
